I visit Greenock every year with my sisters. We find the Premier Inn to be in the perfect location for us to explore Greenock and the surrounding areas. The staff are extremely friendly and are always on hand to help. (as is everyone we meet in Greenock) Right next door to the hotel is The Point. Every morning we go here for breakfast, and later on for our evening meals. There is a great selection of food suitable for all dietary requirements. The staff at The Point are also extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, rooms are good quality of appliances and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good and the options of a continental and cooked are good with plenty of choice. Keep up the good work and see you again for the new year 👍

It’s your usual Premier Inn, so don’t expect all the frills you might get from an upmarket hotel. But if you’re looking for a reasonably-priced place to stay in the area, you can’t beat this place. There’s a restaurant next door, a Maccies opposite, it’s walking distance from Greenock town centre and all of its amenities, you’re on the A8/M8 and within spitting distance of Cartsdyke and Greenock Central railway stations for travelling to Glasgow and further afield. And the view from the rear of the hotel over the Clyde to Helensburgh (photo attached) is beautiful and a very welcome sight after I finish the long drive from the bottom end of North West England. Service is always great, the staff are lovely and there’s a selection of tea, coffee, condiments and a vending machine available 24/7. Would recommend to anybody visiting Inverclyde, Renfrewshire or even Glasgow - sure, it isn’t central, but the connections to get there are rock solid and the savings speak for themselves.

I found the Premier Inn to be exceptionally good value. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with an adequate range of choices. The service from every member of staff with whom we interacted was very good. The views from the restaurant are lovely. There is a really comfortable bar area, and there are chairs on a deck outside, right on the beautiful Clyde. Altogether, a most happy experience.

Multiple rooms and late check in were no problem. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a view to die for from the rear of the hotel

Shout out to Donna who is a superstar. we had an issue in the room with a messy shower curtain and Donna sorted it no problem. A real asset to premier inn and so welcoming.

Only half decent hotel at the moment in Greenock! Signal is horrible regarding location and WiFi as well! Rooms were okay, massive nice room so can't fault them! Staff are fantastic though!
